Default Alphabet soup problems

I've noticed this on cards in the gallery and when I used my own. This set just doesn't seem to stamp very well. The ink seems to not cover well, so it's rather "patchy" when you stamp. Anyone else noticed this??

The rubber sometimes has a coating on it from the manufacturing process that prevents the ink from covering well. There are many different ways to remove it to make your stamps "stamp" better. I find what works for me is to scrub them really well in my Stampin' Scrub before I use them - this has always worked. Other ppl have rubbed the rubber w/ an eraser - I've never needed to do that. HTH!

Yes, I noticed that also. The rubber seems really slick. I have used them a few times now and they are fine.
