Default adhesive for crocheted flowers

What adhesive would you recommend to adhere little crocheted flowers to a greeting card? (I used E6000 yesterday & it worked great, but I'm wondering if anyone had any other ideas since E6000 is so smelly.)

I've used fabric glue in the past, but I plan to try Tombo Mono Multi liquid glue next time.

Do you think a glue dot would work?

When I tried a glue dot, it attached to the fibers on the surface but the crocheted rose could still be pulled off. It left behind some cotton fuzz stuck to the glue dot.

My flowers are dimensional, though, so I don't know whether a glue dot would work better on a flatter crocheted item.

No, not for these flowers, unfortunately. They're not too bulky but are big/heavy enough that glue dots wouldn't hold them.

Judi and Denise--thanks for the info. It will save me a failed attempt at attaching my crocheted flower with a glue dot!! Guess I'll try Tombow monomulti, or good ol' Elmers!!

Scotch Quick-Dry adhesive might also work, but I haven't had time to test that one, either.

A little crystal effects works fabulously.

I sew mine on with a tiny pearl in the centre. Just a stitch or two.
