Default ? about SU markers

ok, here's a dumb question for ya........

Is the black marker permanent?
Can it be reinked with the black reinker?
And I know it was discussed before, sorry, but what is the best way to add the reinker to the markers?

I guess that was more than 1 dumb question! LOL!

those aren't dumb questions. but unfortunatley I only know the answer to the first one. NO the marker isn't waterproof/permanant like the pad.
I don't know if re-inking it with the pad re-inker would make it permanant like the pad though. sorry I'm not more help. I've never had to re-ink any of my markers.

I can tell you for sure the black marker is not permanent. Unfortunately I found that out the hard way.

I would think that mixing the refill with the marker ink may not be a good idea. But that's just my opinion.

I also found out the hard way that it is not the same as the ink pad ink. I'm sure you can reink it, but I would still never watercolor, etc. with it.

i think if you are looking for a fadeproof and waterproof black marker, you need to get the journaling black markers. they don't make the journaling markers in all the colors, but they do in black... the black comes with two markers with 4 tips - all different sizes... hope this helps
