Question ?? About being a Demo...

Ok, I know there are a lot of demos here, so I hoping that you could shed some light on this for me. WHat are the advantages of being a Hobby Demo? I'm wondering how much money you have to spend a year in order to continue on with the company, is it really $1200? Also, what's the deal with the demos getting the new stamps early, are they free? What about the mini-catalog stuff?

Frankly, I am new to this area, don't know too many people & there are a lot of demos in this area anyway...

Thanks in advance...

THe quota is $300/quarter, so it is good to have a few stamping/scrapping friends that purchase from you. We can preorder (at 20% off) the minicatalog sets a month before they are released. There are two promotions a year where we can earn free stamp sets based on sales and recruiting. And of course, we can be our own hostess and earn more free stamps and product!
