Well........it is really just an addiction. Just like the stamps, embellishments, etc. I LOVE ribbon. I think that ribbon really "makes" a project. I do not like to skimp on it. I have four 36w x 18d x 18h tubs FULL of ribbon, five 10 hole ribbon boxes with 2 ribbons in each hole, and three 24x24 bags all full of ribbon. I do not know where I will place the new stuff, but I sure am excited to get it. I hate it when I make something and I do not have tons of different styles of ribbons to coordinate. I also use "real" ribbon on all gift packages for birthdays and holidays.

I received my order in todays mail. One color is on a cardboard spool - all of the rest of the colors are just wrapped in a circle. Has anyone else received their order??

I received my 15 colors today! I combined orders (3/8") with another gal to save a smidge on shipping...hey every little bit counts. I received 2 colors on spools and the rest were rolled up. I'm super happy with my color choices!!

When I got my 17 rolls, only 4 of them were on spools. They are gradually changing all of their ribbons over to cardboard spools but of course using up what they had in rolls. So for a while, they'll be sending out a combo of both I imagine.

I LOOOOVE mine!!!

I got mine today!!! None of them were on spools, but they are oh so pretty. I was a little off on some of my color choices, but I think most of them will work. I am so glad I finally found a pink that matches Pretty in Pink. I only wish I had bought more! Now I have to get busy using it up, before I get my share of ribbon from Jody.

I got mine yesterday! I was really only looking for colors SU doesn't sell, as I'd rather buy that ribbon from myself. :-) Two of mine were on spools--but they were all gorgeous! Even the Apricot I didn't think would match anything looks good with both Only Orange and Pumpkin Pie!

I got my ribbon yesterday too! Super quick shipping! I love the colors. One of the blues I got (can't remember the name) is one of my favorites that I had picked up at an LSS awhile back and was almost out. I'm so glad I have some more! Woo Hoo!

Thank you for sharing this site! My order came yesterday. I ordered 7 rolls of the 1/4 inch grorgrain and 4-5 of the narrow sheer organdy and one velvet. From what I looked at ,love it! The one is a very close match to certainly celery ...just a tad darker but very close. I am thinking of joining the club and ordering the sample cards. Glad I checked this site out and would definately recommend it!

Since I ordered so many ribbons, and I was lucky enough to get in on TexasJodylynn's ribbon share, I figured out how to make my own spools to wrap the ribbon on. I can easliy fit 10, or more, yards on each one and then store them with all my other ribbon spools. Good thing I am ordering more coasters on Thursday. Now I really need more round ones!!

Got my order & LOVE all the colors - I want more! (But, don't NEED more). I ordered some of the big spools (100 yds - yes, I am ribbon crazy, I know - but I'll probably give some of it away). Some of the smaller yardage that I ordered came rolled up & pinned.

Great site - awesome service!

Hi Amy!

Actually, I used some of those coasters I sent you, except I used the round ones. I used Mono Multi to glue two coasters onto a sewing bobbin, and wound the ribbon around the bobbin. As soon as the snow melts a little, I am heading to WalMart to get some more bobbins. I tried using some wooden spools I got at Michaels yesterday, but they were a little too wide. I am going to try some smaller spools, if I can't get the bobbins. The bobbin was the perfect width though, especially for the 3/8" ribbon. I will try to post a pic as soon as I can.

Default Sheer Ribbon on Sale!

Did you ladies know RABOM have their solid sheer ribbon on sale at 30% off until 1/21/07? 3/8" is 1.93 for 25 yards, 7/8" is 2.63 for 25 yards, etc. I just ordered more ribbon - loving the grosgrain I got last week!
