when they delivered it from the store it was damaged and they are JUST NOW bringing the replacement! we have had it since october!
Dont you just love stores. They are painful. Did I tell you we had our dining room delivered with no glass shelves. Three trips later on a Sunday afternoon they got it right. Oh, and it comes with two sets of knobs wood and brushed silver. I got 6 silver ones and those are the ones I wanted to go with the chandelier. I think I will just go buy some. Well I kinda have to now since the store went out of business..

I would but after all the phone calls, I would prefer to buy the ones I like best. Speaking all the phone calls, can you believe no-one from the lacrosse store or the coach had the balls (excuse the expression) to call me saying there was an error on the price. Had one of them called me I would have been happy with the answer. argggggg
I have MLB.com and the gameday screen so I can watch the pitchs and get a play by play... it will work for now...
My paretns have that. Sometimes they will call me up and ask if I'm watching the game. They are funny sometimes, after a football game they will call me and asked what happened to the Partiots. I don't know I'm not there dad!
sounds like it is raining again. I looked out about half hour ago and it was snowing. What gives!
Well our news guy said "it's winter again" this morning. Our high today was supposed to be 50 something. It feels nice right now, but I'm wearing a sweater today! :???:

Why did I think Texas was always warm???? I'm in a long sleeve cotton shirt with a tank underneath. Fairly comfy, but chilly and oh again that white stuff. ick
Okay girls, I need your help.........I guess I'm "officially" going to start doing some pictures of kids.........there's nothing in our little town (or in a 2 hour radius) but the EXPENSIVE studios...........I have several people that are just waiting for me to get some backdrops! Anyway, I need to have some sort of logo for cards and watermarks...........a great lady came up with this for me (like the name?) and I am in LOVE with it! Sweet but with in a sophisticated what, kwim? Anyway, the fonts she used are marked as for personal use.......but here's what it says:
V. The Commercial Use of Font Software is strictly prohibited. This shall include, but is not limited to, any tangible item (ex: electronic book or magazine, stationary) distributed for a fee, any business form or sign, a ticket for an event, a receipt for the purchase of tangible goods or any use of Font Software that would be perceived as for Commercial Use, in any capacity.
So does this mean that if I don't SELL anything with my logo, don't put my official logo on my receipts/release forms, or signs then it's ok?
If this is true, then I should be fine with making business cards, flyers, watermarks (as long as any I sell don't have the logo), right?

Um I think even flyers and business cards would be a no no. You should probably just go ahead and pay the commercial use fee.

that is cute. hmmm can you email or call them and ask for permission and keep the granted permission on file for your records?
I did contact them (despite the fact that I understood they wouldn't issue a commercial license), and supposedly they get back to you within 24 hours, well, hasn't happened.........lol
