Good morning gals! We missed church this am... oops. I hate that. But... I do love spending the mornings just hanging out in the bed with the boys! DH fixed breakfast for us and now he is going to play golf. I am going to visit my sister and then maybe scrapbook some later today. Hope everyone has a great day!

k, well I best get my hiney in gear. I missed early church 'cause DH didn't think I wanted to get up! Yeah, I know what the hey was he a thinkin'? Silly Bunny tricks are for kids! (just had to say it since he is my Bunny anyway)
Hello...back from church and loading up all the junk that was left after our garage sale at MIL's. We did pretty well. Last night after our sale I got a couple of cards done and really would have liked to do more, but didn't get home in time. It is a beautiful day and both kiddos are napping and I have been commenting on all the cool VSN cards in the gallery.
Enjoy it Mel! Best of luck to your DH...Can't wait to hear how he does...Take lots o'pix chickie. See ya later!
We got back about 3pm - and I took a nap. It was pretty hot out there. I took my little cooler and chair and sat in the trees along the trail. But dang, it was hot, and hot and I don't get along very well. I only got 3 bad pictures. I'm not used to the new camera yet and need to change some setting on it, because it was so slow that I couldn't snap him as he was ridding by. We waited for an hour for them to post the results and they still hadn't been posted, so we left. He felt good about the race, so that was good.

Sounds awesome!
My sister's camera is like that. I borrowed it when G was in that Girlscout fashion show...that was impossible!
Hey Gals! Melanie, sorry to hear it was so hot out there today. Glad you got to see your DH race though... I am sure he was proud you were there! We went to my sister's today and swam and she fixed a yummy dinner for us. She is quite the chef. When we got home we enjoyed a lovely summer thunderstorm and now I am wishing that we tood a nap today because I am so tired, but have so much to do before bed. Tomorrow is my first day back with kids, AND it is Jake's first day of Kindergarten!
OMG I'm sweating my *** off! Why did I fiddle with the temp? It's 78 degrees here. I raised it to 76 but it's actually 78 inside. I am lowering it to 74 as I can't take the heat. Running after the kids and sweating just does not make MOMMA HAPPY AND IF MOMMA AIN'T HAPPY. NO ONE'S HAPPY!
I dumped out their toybox and threw away about 2 shopping bags full of toys. Then I sorted and pulled out about a whole garbage bag full of toys. Now they have only dolls, blocks, animals and some other misc. toys in their box. I was just getting so crazy and fed up with picking everything up. Of course, there are 2 or 3 big garbage bags full in the other room which I need to go through and sort out. There is no need for rattles any more! Plus next week I know that they will be getting a whole bunch of new stuff so need to make room.

Good idea to clean out thier toys. Fewer to pick up is always better

Good evening. Just got the 2 kids bathed and in pjs. Now I am just waiting around for 9...My favorite show "Intervention" is on. Speaking of Intervention, I giggled at the ads at the bottom of the page...rapid detox...addiction help...heroin help. I suppose the name of our thread spurred the matches to those ads. Kinda funny!
