I just ordered the summer set from CC Designs, but I don't have it yet :( Boohoo, it would be perfect for this challenge. Oh well, I'll have to get creative!

Thanks for a great challenge, Jeanne! Definitely got me out of my box this morning! You'll need sunglasses for my really bright summer card...not my usual colors!

Thanks Jeanne. I am hoping that a folded over piece of cs counts as one layer! Flowers are such an important part of summer...

Arrgh. I made one only I'd forgotten the no patterened paper, even though I took note of it this morning. That's what I get for not checking again. Back to the drawing board for me, in that case...

I kind of went over the boundaries on the embellies, but it needed it I thought. Anyway, I love the results and hope you do too.

Ahhhhh, summer time! Lazy days, right? Yeah, right! lol
This image immediately came to my mind when thinking about summer. Wouldn't you love to be fishing and letting the wind blow through your hair? Mmmmm, sounds good.
So, here is my

Hey, Jeanne - Love this challenge. Since you were my mentor on a lot of these little technique thingys I had to do to accomplish this, I thought (hoped) you'd appreciate it. I combined sketch challenge 181 from last month. Here's what I did:
