I really love mixed media cards! It isn't as difficult as you think. It doesn't have to be paint or gesso, although those are wonderful and fun things to use! It can be coloring with markers and ink. Or it can be heat embossing or adding Nuvo drops or glitter, and so many other combinations.

My challenge to you is to make a mixed mediaprojectandpick three of the followingthings to put on it:
Blue,
Lace,
Heat embossing,
paint

Fun challenge, Sharon. I used blue, lace, and heat embossing. I meant to add Nuvo drops but forgot, I can always add them later.

Great Challenge, thank you! I went with heat embossing, dry embossing, blue for both my background and my repurposed item- a fabric strip- which I sewed on. Broke out a new embossing folder! Here's FF23smadson Lighthouse At Sea
