CC725 Blush Wine at Night is Very Pleasing (2/5/19)
WELCOMECOLORLOVERS! It's Stef here and I'm so happy to be hosting this week! Before we get started with the new challenge, let's celebrate the favorite from CC724.
Karen hosted and she chose Country Cottage by Ann aka Annsforte3. Karen said "This little cottage drew me in from the moment I first saw it - the little path up to the door seems to say, ""Come on in, sit for a spell, and warm your hands and your heart by the fire"". - I just love this card!!!"
Congratulations Ann! The code to add the badge to your blog is attached below, and your card also will be pinned on our Pinterest Challenge board. Check it out here.
Since it's a new month, we are welcoming new guest designers! Joining us for the month of February and bringing their amazing talents are Nancy Williams aka nwilliams6, Doni aka donidoodle and Robin aka stamperrobin. Nancy was my fave from CC683, Doni was Robin Lee's fave from CC680 and Robin was Robin Lee's fave from CC674, Jeanne's fave from CC693 and Mary's fave from CC697.
Now on to the current challenge!
BLUSH WINEAT NIGHT IS VERY PLEASING
BLUSHING BRIDE NIGHT OF NAVY
VERY VANILLA
PLUS YOUR CHOICE OF ANY METALLIC
The dessert option is to use a punched or die cut element.
Here's some inspiration from you Color Challenge Design Team.
Please keep in mind, that while SU colors are listed for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!
Please put CC725 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge, use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card.

I needed this sentiment yesterday. Had a gal bladder attack with extreme pain yesterday. Will have to take that pesky little thing out finally.

Here's a card I made for the S2S challenge using a sentiment. I chose Vanilla cardstock and chose the nearest pink I had to blushing bride. I did have Night of Navy. I realised by the time I had finished that I had forgotten to use something metallic and would have liked to have embossed the sentiment in antique gold....next time.
The card will also go into the CAS challenge. I came across this technique on a YouTube video for scrapbooking a BG and love it. As you can imagine it's not difficult and I will use it again.

Love the colors of this challenge but of course I didn't have enough blushing bride for this type of card. I decided to use Calypso Coral. I hope you can find all the other pictures. Not sure if I did it right.
