We can expand card making with some additions we might not necessarily think of... this week let's try out some mixed media but keep it CAS! Remember mixed media simply means adding two or more types of media... ink, embossing, pastes, paints, watercolors, glitters, etc... get creative yet keep it simple. Or get crazy like I did but use dies or your trimmer to create a simple design afterwards!

I thought about this card for a while, tried to keep it as simple as possible. I love the thought of mixed media and simple. For this I stencilled texture paste tinted with gold acrylic paint on a small panel, as my main focal point. I hope it does qualify as clean and simple!

Yikes, a few things popped up yesterday so just now posting my card. I know it may look complicated for a CAS card, but I had the painted panel already prepared and the die already cut out. So I only had to layer on stenciling, stella and splatters for the MM. What a great idea for a challenge.
