Misti- great timing for your challenge, thank you! I just received my yellow raincoat (my background in the photo) in the mail this morning! Used a wave style embossed panel, colored with watercolor pencils, adding a walrus, seagull, and my boy in a raincoat. Repurposed some yellow cardstock, and added a yellow fabric upper border. That must be a site glitch. I found the link on the homepage CAS challenges. I’m not sure why it is there for some people but not for others.
