Add me please. I started out last year then lost my stamping space to my daughter and granddaughter. They're still here but I'm determined to spend my Saturdays stamping/creating. I did get all my cards done last year, just not on the month-by-month basis. It's a new year!

I make the cards for my mom and grandma to give away too, so, in essence, I'm making for three. Plus, next year, my sister will have cute little kid pictures to put with hers (just had a baby) so I'm sure she'll be sending them, too!
Thanks for hosting this - this is a wonderful idea!
Please add me to your list. I have to get creative and get my juices flowing..didn't do any Christmas cards for 2009....the time ran away far too fast. Hopefully 2010 will be different. I figure if I have made a commitment to doing cards each month...that I will be ready for Dec. 2010. Thank you for hosting this event.
Wondering if you received my p.m.? And, if you happen to know when you will have a chance, if any, to answer my questions? Or will you please refer me to the right person, if it is not you? Thank you so very much!

Hi Traci,
I've scrolled through all my PM's back to the start of November and I don't have one from you. Please post your questions here on the thread and I will do my best to answer them. Thanks! Pam

I know this is the 2010 Christmas Card Challenge, but I could not find who won the Christmas 2009 Challenge! Does anyone know where it was posted? I didn't want to start a new thread for one answer. Thanks! *I think I hear Santa's Sleigh*
Merry Christmas to everyone!
Traci S.
Hi Traci...is this the question you were asking about? If so, in post 192, I recommended you ask Mary. I have no idea who won the 2009 Challenge. Hope this helps, if not, post your question here and I will check back after work on Monday. thanks! Pam

I want to be in the fun! Please count on me and count me in! Question: Some of my cards for next year may be duplicates. Do I show the duplicates if I make them, or only indivdual cards?
Thanks so much!

or maybe this was the question - It is an honor system...if you make duplicates, you can take one picture and put it in your gallery with a link on the thread or you can take a group picture for the month...your choice.
I hope I've answered your questions! If not, please post here...I don't want anyone left hanging! I want this to be a fun and stress-free activity for everyone!
I hope everyone has a great day and I'll check back in after work tomorrow...about 5pm California time! smiles!!!

I don't really send out a lot of Christmas cards, just to a few family and friends and my co-workers, but I would like to have a bunch to send in to Operation Write Home, so I want to make at least 15 a month.
I was wondering if cards (esp. the Christmas Card Challenge), need to be the same size to post in the gallery? Also, do they need to be a square or rectangle? I fold cards to look like a mountain range, or gateway fold and many others. Please let me know at your convenience!
I'm sorry that you went so far out of your way to help me. I really appreciate it, however.

p.s. I didn't realize I asked so many questions all over the place. Thanks for answering as you found them. This is the one!

Reason: added a p.s. rather than taking another whole cube! Others were typos-prev.
Charleanne (cla616) sent me over here from the scrappin thread! So glad that she did! I have been sending out purchased cards (gasp!!!) since I no way have time to MAKE cards in Nov & Dec! Maybe this will keep me motivated to get them done over the course of the year! But I no way need 120 cards, so put me down for 5/month! Thanks for the inspiration!

I see I'm added at #136. Cool. I'll make at least 10 per month. I do usually make them in groups of ten so will upload a picture of one from each group. I sent out over 50 cardsthis year and had to skip several people because I didn't have enough. I don't want to do that in 2010.

Sign me up too, Pammers, if you please! I was really bad and procrastinated this past Christmas, I think I was making cards the Monday before! I think if I do 8 per month, then I can work on Thank You's and Christmas Gift cards after my 80 are done. Thanks so much for keeping track of all this!

Hi Traci,
you may do any size, style, etc to post to the gallery...just make sure that each gallery posting has a unique name. If you name all your creations the same, when the computer does its update, it will eliminate duplicates and some of your gallery entries may just disappear.

I'd like to sign up to do 5 per month. This is such a great idea for procrastinators like me. Thanks for the encouragement. Is there a due date in each month for when the upload has to be done? and...you may have already answered this somewhere...Is it okay to upload one sample in our photo or should we show all five? Thanks for organizing this and keeping us on track! ;)
I can't believe how many people have signed up so far! Even if you only do a few each month - you would be ahead of the game for those special people in your life! I have been really inspired looking at what everyone has posted so far!

Hi Marianne,
You just need to make sure that you have your cards uploaded by the end of the month. I will select a winner on the first day of the next month for a small prize.
It is fine to upload only one sample in to your gallery. Make sure you fill out all the details including stamp name and supplies used just in case someone wants to case your design. Thanks for participating.

I'm signing up because of all the lovely cards posted in 2009 by my wonderful friend, ceedee, from across the pond. And because of the beautiful Christmas card I rec'd from her. 10 a month for me. Wishing everyone a wonderfully creative year!

Count me in!! I want to do 10 cards a month! What I started to do last year was go through all the sketches on SCS and do one card for each one and once I got through them I started over again. It seemed to help alot with creativity!
