Great! I will try to be back here on New Year's Eve to be the first to post my January cards!!! LOL! They will not be Christmas cards. I'm making a bunch of Valentine cards for January!

Question - is there a gallery or do we just post a link here?
The way we did it last year was to put CCC08-January in the Keywords and link to the January 08 thread. Of course it changes each month such as CCC08-February and so on. There will be a new thread each month for you to go to and link your cards. Now, are you completely confused???!!!!

It is up to you, to be in the running for the monthly prize, you need to be the first to post for the month, in the month. But if you don't care about the prize you can post whenever you are ready to post. You will get credit for the month.
I am so into this for the coming year. Wish not to repeat what I have been doing for the last 4 weeks. Lesson learned! Will be participating to create my 10 cards each month - no matter what!!!! See you all later.

Here's my list of January cards that I've been working on since I finished my 2007 cards. So glad to have a head start allready on next season! This was so helpful this year! I made 10 different cards:
Jennifer & Cheryl, your cards are beautiful! Makes me want to get started right now! I have to clear off my work table first--all the rushing to get this year's cards done caused a mess! I've always wanted to do them throughout the year, this just gives me more incentive to actually do it!
So as far as the first person to post....Do you go by a certain time zone? Or by the poster's time zone? Curious as there are people from all over the world involved in this challenge.
I had some friends over playin' yesterday so I got to borrow the swirls from Priceless to do the background. Not my favorite card ever, but I'm still learning how to plan with my nesties. Thanks for looking!

I'm definately joining this coming year. I only managed to get 11 Christmas cards out this year, I refused to buy from the store! :rolleyes:
So I'm thinking I should be able to fit 10 in a month. or even 5 will be an improvement for me.;)

I definitely want to give this a shot since I totally gave up on cards this year. LOL Didn't send out a single one. I'll warn you now, as I've look at some of the uploads already, I'll be CASE'ing your ideas. Hope to be back around mid-late January with a post and link to my 10 cards.;)
Here are mine for January. They are thank you cards for the gifts I received from my students! Now I have to get on to my Valentine Cards! TFL!

We go by Eastern Standard Time.
We do have people from all over the world. I think we have many Canadians, someone at an AFB in Germany, some one from Austrailia.......

I'm responding to this thread so I DON'T LOSE IT! I have already started for January and I'm excited. There are some great cards out there already for January and I hope no one minds if I case some of these! I'm making 25 each month, 15 for us and 10 for the military so that when the time comes there will be lots to send to our heros.
