This will be my second challenge, it's so much fun. It really gets the creative juices flowing. I'll post mine tomorrow. I think I'll go for a valentine's theme.
Ok, this sounds like fun. I think I have the general gist of what to do but I do have a few questions.
I searched for Sketch Challenge rules and then instructions then directions and pulled up one page w/ help for posting. I'll work on my searching skills more if I can bug you for a few questions this time.
My standard question is, "Must they be Current SU sets?" I don't have very many current so that alone is a "challenge" for me, hehe.
I remember reading somewhere about posting things in the right place and category so I'll find that again, no problem. I just am not sure if I've created my gallery yet. Is this a separate step, or does it get created when I post my first card?
Last one, I swear. Are we then supposed to vote on which ones we thought were the best or post comments to each artist when viewing their card? And if there is a vote, how do I find it?
Thanks for everything. I'll take a break from fixing my husband's @&!*#&$ computer this weekend and put something together.
Okay, I'm going to finally be brave and do all 5 challenges this weekend !!! I'm SO INSPIRED by all of the great challenge sketch choices, the samples you all have created and those new tutorials that Beate shared . . . THANKS !!!

Linda, you can use any stamp set, any colors. I've used retired sets before in this challange.
If you are a registered member you should have a gallery. If you go to a gallery page it should say upload photos. You pick which set to put it in but it will also go into your gallery.
There's no vote, we're just doing this for fun. If you want to leave comments on any of the cards feel free to but you don't have to.
I think I answered all of your questions. I'm off to stamp up my challenge card.
I was away in Florida all week -- and one of the first things I couldn't wait to do upon my return was check out SCS and challenge #5!!! Gonna go play in my stamp room once I unpack and make it through some of the piles of laundry . . .
As I said earlier, this sketch isn't as much of a challenge but it was still fun. Here's the card I created last night (while my daughter was over until midnight doing her laundry)
here is my challenge card... it's not too unique but i think it is still pretty cute (probably because it is somewhat similar to the original!!! :oops: )
Went to Michael's this morning and picked up my supplies for Gamsol-ing - waiting on the prismacolor pencils from Viking, so picked up the Crayola pencil 12-pack to play with, too. I seriously love the results.
When I was done with the gamsol-ing, I decided it was a perfect piece for this week's challenge...

I've been trying to upload them to the gallery for about an hour, with no success (the site must be too busy because it keeps locking up on me), so I'm going to try to attach them here.
