Still struggling with this layout, so you'all can look forward to more until I get it right. Although this card looked better on the screen than it did on the table.

Have another idea for this sketch but will have to try it over the weekend. Have other cards that have to be made first!
Thanks for the sketches... love trying them!

Here's mine. This was a bit of a challenge for me, but then they wouldn't call it a sketch challenge if it wasn't.

sketch challenge #4
For sketch challange #4 I did scrapbook pages. I don't know how to attach the link but my gallery link is here if anyone wants to look. There are a few of the challenges that could make cool sb layouts. I want to try #2 in a sb layout yet.

My first sketch challenge entry
Go easy on me - it's also my first attempt at the Joseph's Coat technique I've been hearing so much about. I put organdy ribbon over the strip to give the fishies a "shimmer".
Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
(If I had it to do over, I would mount all the pieces on black cardstock, instead of the multicolored one~what do you think?)
I just love this website ~ I must be losing at least an hour's worth of sleep at night, just surfing! >> This is me watching the screen every night!

Just uploaded another try at this sketch challenge and I kinda like this one. I've been looking for a card that I can use these beads on.

Cindy, anyone can play! Andrea has been posting a rough sketch of a card layout on Wednesdays and challenging us to use the layout to create out own card. For me, this has really shook me out of the rut...all my cards were looking similar.
After making a card with your own special twist on the layout, if you have a camera or scanner you can post it in the galleries and pop back to the forum thread and tell everyone about it.
Here's a link to this week's sketch

Come and play with us!
