Default typepad pro out there in blog land?

Hi typepad-pro-person!
I just started my blog with typepad and I wanted to put the stamping top 50 thingy on my blog. I have heard it is not very accurate and can be a royal pain. But since I am just starting, the appeal to see the numbers go up AND down, up AND down would be fun for me. I have my code for the Top 50 site. I just don't know where to put that code in typepad.

Any help from someone?

Thanks!

To put in non-Typepad widgets in your side bar, you need to create a Typelist. You'll notice that it is one of the tabs at the top of your home screen.

So once you click on the Typelist tab, you'll want to click on Create New Typelist. The list type you'll need is a Notes list. You can name your list if you want...it can be something like "More links" or anything you like.

Then you can add an item. Do not put a label in the label box, leave it blank; just paste your code in the box that says "Note" and then save it.

After that you need to put the list on your blog. Go back to your home page, then click on the name of your blog under Quick Start.

Click on the tab that says Design. Then click on the link that says "Select Content". Scroll down and on the right side it will say "TypeLists". In order to put the list on your blog you have to check the box next to it.

After that, scroll to the bottom and click on "Save Changes". Then you can go into "Order Content" and choose where on your template you want your list to be displayed. It's all drag and drop, very easy. Then save those changes. To see the changes on your blog, you need to go to the bottom of the Design screen and click on "Republish Blog". Then go take a look!

Default Thanks Jan

Off to give this a try. Then it's on to my new Photoshop and creating a watermark. I am hoping to follow Kurtis' blog tutorial for this. I wish I wasn't so bad with computers. We have no computer-saavy kids (none period), so no one at home to show me and DH what to do. We are learning, but it is a slow, painful process sometimes.

I'll let you know how I make out! I am enjoying the typepad, so far! Except when it doesn do what I want it to do!!;)

Denise:

So when are you going to share your blog with us?

I got my Typepad blog in March, and I really enjoy it!
