Grrr....Blogs Confuse me

Okay, I got my signature to come up. Now I put a "counter" on my blog, which is in the middle of the blog and I want it on the "right" and now my signature doesn't come up any longer.

What did I do?

To add the counter to the side, you go under Layout and click on Add a Gadget. Choose HTML/Javascript. Copy the code and paste it into the box there.
As for the signature, I would go back to the Formatting tab and make sure it is still there under Post Template; maybe you didn't save it?

I just looked at your blog. It looks like you put your site counter into a post. Just follow the above directions, and you should be fine. I wonder if that HTML took out your signature somehow? I'm not too savvy at really tech-y stuff.

Tammy, what you need to do is sign into your blog and go to Layout.

There you'll get a bunch of squares where different things are located. On one of the side columns (I think you only have the right column on your blog), there's a light colored box that says "Add a gadget" and you'll get another window with a list in it.

Choose HTML/Java Script and add the information (HTML code) for your counter in there - label it so you know what it is when you go to your Layout page. From there, you can move it around the web page.
