domaine name vs blog name

I am setting up a blog in typepad. do your domaine name and blog name have to be the same?

I'm not sure if anyone answered you - but you can just use the typepad name you choose (i.e. "vencine'sblog.typepad.com").

You can register a domaine and then have your typepad blog point to it (this would be invisibile to the end user) i.e. "Vencine's super cool blog.com".

Does that make sense?

That's what I do as well.
