Default Blog question

I would like to make my own blog background template from scrapbook paper. Is this what most people do for their blog backgrounds??

My question(s) might sound lame but I have never done this before.

1. I am guessing I would need to scan the paper first, save image and then open it up in photo editting software.

2. After getting it the way I like it, I would upload to PhotoBucket . com.

Is this correct??

My other question is, this wouldn't fall under piracy would it??? I have looked at a couple of websites that said to make sure.

Please help me out. I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi I don't know much about the blog background as I go to a free site to get mine. However most people from what I can tell and have read is they use digital scrapbook paper for their backgrounds. You can get some free one if you google it.

The Cuteset Blog On The Block has some great info and links to get you where you want to go. You should check it out

I've never done a background before. The only thing I have done is create my own banners.

I used my photo software to create both of mine.
