New Group??? Group Named- New Kids on the Blog- Closed
I am new to blogging- just 2 weeks and would love to be in a group. Most here seem to be established and filled. Are there any new groups forming or is there anyone else interested in starting one?
Hi Kay - I'm new to the site and like you, my blog is fairly new as well. If you start I group, I would be happy to join you. Like your blog - very pretty and you do great work
I'm a member of the Fall Girls group, but would love to join another group if you'll let me. I enjoy looking at the different styles and getting inspiration from everyone's projects. I've been blogging for awhile, but there are still tons of things that I need to learn....like how to put the name of my blog in a post so you can click it. I figure out how to get it in my signature, but not the way I wanted it...haha!
you ladies are all doing great, the blogs look wonderful. And they are quite easy to learn. I am no expert by any means, but have had my blog for a while now, and and it just takes time as to what you and how you want it, but all are doing great. I am always looking at blogs and joining groups the talented people out there are amazing, so you will see stopping by from time to time.

I would love to meet some new people! I have checked out all of the blogs above and they are really neat! Great work there. I have had my blog for about 3 1/2 years, but am not in a blog group. That would be fun. I used to be in a group that I started called the Shabby Chicks but then I took off about 8 months from stamping and it dissolved.
not signing up but since a few of you are new to blogging...name it: new kids on the blog
i like looking at the blog groups to find new blogs to browse

Would you like to join? I have no idea what I am doing. I just figured out how to make a listing of members. I have visited everyone's blog but don't know how to leave a message!!!!

I have everyone added to my sidebar with the exception of Joi. Joi, I don't see the link to your blog. Could you please post it on the forum for us?
If anyone needs help with adding their sidebar here are some instructions:
In Blogger go to your dashboard and click on Design.
Click on Add a gadget and you will have a window open with a list of things you can add. Scroll down until you see add a Link List or Blog List (either one will work). There will be this blue cross you can click on.
Then another window pops up, and you can type the title of the group. Then underneath, you should have a place to add the Link List. To add the address, you open up the window of the blog, copy the address at the top, and then paste it where it says New Site URL. Add the person's name and click add link
After you have added everyone, don't forget to click on the orange save button.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I am off to visit everyone!

Sure! To leave messages on blogs, you need to click on an individual posting that says "Leave a Comment" "Post a Comment" or something like that. It's different depending on the host - whether typepad or blogger or wordpress or whatever.

I am still trying! Your blog is awesome. I wanted to leave a comment but had to choose from Facebook, Twitter, etc. What do I choose if I want a plain old comment? I am glad someone is computer savy!

On mine, you click on "Appreciated Comments" at the end of each post. Type your comments, then it will ask you to select a profile. You can choose from:
Google Account (if you have gmail or blogger you have this)
LiveJournal
WordPress
TypePad
AIM
OpenID
Name/URL
Anonymous
So click on any of those that apply to you (choose one), and then it will ask you for info. So you can leave a comment as Anonymous and then just sign your name, or give your name and blog address by choosing Name/URL.
I am not sure where you are getting Facebook and Twitter options?
