i do my color chart by color family - just easier to pick out what color i want to use. i agree there are so many that are so close together that i really think they should reduce the number. i only have about 30 or so tho so i DO feel i have some gaps in my color choices. i just wish i could buy the small ones inividually so i don't end up with more colors i won't use or don't need....
Silly me had to have all of them since they were being discontinued!!
My last order, which was placed the end of April, was received yesterday.
Oh, I agree! The reason I have only 120 is I was looking at an older list.

Do you happen to have a list of the names by color families? I'm just looking for a shortcut to get started.

I got my order yesterday......... I had placed it toward the end of April......... I was surprised because I hadn't gotten any word that they were shipping. I'm just glad that I finally got them. Glad that they are staying in business. May want some of the newer colors.

They are located in Fresno, Ca. (central California-where I live). Unfortunately, they don't have a store front so no pick up service. I'll have to wait for Mr. Postman to deliver my order too. Hmmm..I think I placed my order in May.
I didn't color this in yet but I'm trying to separate them all out by family color. I took poetic license on my "color" families. Please - if you have any suggestions for ordering - I'm all ears.
Hi! Is there anyone out there still waiting for their H20 order? I placed my order June 13th, the day before their 40% off sale ended and I still haven't received it. I'm waiting for an email reply from Luminarte. Sadly, they don't send any status order reports..it's been about 10 weeks now.

i placed mine that same day and just got them yesterday but i did call them last week....unfortunately one of my primary elements exploded in the box so it is a total mess *wahh*
I ordered the day before you did and still have not received my order or an answer to several requests for information regarding the order ! I am about to notify my credit card company that I need a refund of my $80.
After sending 3 emails with no response, I finally called them today and learned that it was shipped on Friday via UPS. I was given the tracking number and it's on the truck for today's delivery! I can't wait to receive it. Kimberly (Luminarte) was very helpful.

Well, I called them six times before anyone finally answered the phone ! One lady told my my order was shipped 9/11 (THREE MONTHS after the order was placed and my credit card charged !) , then later in the day I got an e-mail saying my order was being shipped 9/14, that the original one must have been lost. Not too sure I believe that, but the product is so good that I will just be glad to get the order and try to make it last forever.
Truthfully, part of the fault is mine because I gave them the order # on my invoice and have since found out that the number is computer generated and means nothing (?????). And the name on my e-mail is a nickname and not the same as the one on my order so they had trouble locating the order.
They also said I had opted out of receiving any e-mail updates, but I sure don't remember seeing anything like that ! Anyway, by next Monday I should finally be able to use the great colors.

It was a long, long wait but I think it was worth it, considering the 40% discount. I know my H20 stash will last me a loooong time!
