I won the Inkadinkado contest!!!!!!
I can't believe it!!! My partner Rick just called and said that Betty from Inkadinkado had called to let me know that I had won the grand prize in their recent card contest. He was so excited that he called me at work to let me know. The official notification will be on Monday 5/5 when the post it on their site.
I have been published a couple of times in Take Ten and won a contest at a local stamp store, Stamping Jazzy Style (who has sadly gone out of business recently  ) but nothing this big. Woooo Hooo!!!! Doing the dance of happiness in my chair!!!!!!!

Just so you know. It's much prettier in person. All the flowers are done with reinkers and aquapainter. Then highlighted with different colors of gel pens. Also I did the paper layering with the flowers, and the butterfly in varying levels. and embellished with 3 feathers. __________________

Congratulations
I can see from your gallery why you would have won. Your cards are beautiful, especially the Stampscapes cards.
Have you ever considered doing a tutorial for SCS on how to do the coloring/shading on those Stampscapes cards? The tutorials on thier website seem too complicated, and I like the simple look of your cards.

Thanks for all the congrats. My winning card should be posted on their website later on today. And thank you all the compliments on my cards. I have uploaded in forever. And I have this silly superstition that if I upload a card that I'm sending in to be published or enter in contest that it won't win. Crazy huh?

What a beautiful creation. You did a great job. I was going to enter that contest but kept putting it off. I even did a project but never got around to sending it. I'm so happy you won. Now i"m encouraged to enter when I say I'm going to and maybe one day I'll be as happy as you are now.
