Gina has decided to have a rotating Design Team that will work with her current Senior Design Team. It will be a 3 month rotation with 6 new ladies joining every month!
Erika Martin and I will be narrowing down the submissions and making our recommendations to Gina - but she will be the final say. Here are the more detailed instructions....GOOD LUCK!
1. Please submit your best work. Make sure you take a look at the current design teams blogs and galleries. This will give you an idea of the quality we are looking for. Layering, good use of embellishments and good coloring skills are all important.
2. We would prefer that you are able to photograph your own projects and submit them electronically. Good photographs inspire the viewer so brush up on your photo taking skills. For a great tutorial on photographing your art, read

3. Do you already love our stamps? That means something to us. Please try to use any Gina K Design's stamps you have to show us what you can do with our stuff! It is not mandatory to use our stamps but it sure takes some of the guess work out of it. LOL!
4. You must have either an active blog or and active gallery somewhere.
5. Have fun and don't worry if you don't get picked for the next round. We try to find a little something different in each one of our design team members. So it may be that your style is too similar to someone else who will be in this next round. That doesn't mean that we wouldn't choose you for the round after that. So please, keep submitting.
Send your submission to:
[email protected] and put "design team" in the subject line. Attach three projects. They can be cards, scrapbook pages or 3-D items. Please include your full name, address and phone number and anything else you would like us to know about you. Please send us a link to your blog or gallery. You will be notified only if you are chosen prior to the announcement date.
Submissions will be accepted until 11:59 PM, December 15th, 2007. We will announce the new team right after our January 1st release.
