I worked on the design this weekend and made my own embossing folder for my cuttlebug using my Craft Robo. I'm really pleased with how well it turned out. Here is a look at the results I posted in my gallery:
God demonstrated His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us ... being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 5:8 & 9
Once my camera charges up again, I'll post a picture of what the folder looks like. Once you see what the folder looks like its not hard to figure out how to make them. I plan on doing a tutorial with screen shots when I get some free time - year end and inventory coming up at work - so it won't be until after the end of the month.

I think you could do it the same as a stencil on the cuttlebug. You would just punch or cut out the images....maybe even double their thickness, place where you want and use your crease mat. Am I close?

I cut out my image in both positive and negative - with the negative a couple pixels smaller so it leaves room for the paper and glued it to another double wide scrap making sure the images lined up properly. I used plain cardstock and 3 thicknesses glued together. Hope that makes sense. I will post a picture of the "test folder" tonight, so check my gallery if you want to see what my example looks like.
Here's the link to another thread that I saved. Someone is using transparency sheets to make a folder. You might be of interest if you don't have a digital machine. I found it usefull.

I tried to get a picture of the folder but my camera doesn't work all that great after I dropped it. I will post one as soon as I can so you can see what the folder looks like.

There have been a few posts about these folders (inc pikkies showing how the gals did them) on UK Scrappers.co.uk in the Craft Robo section. There are also downloads available for those members with Craft Robo machines.
I finally have the tutorial finished. Here is a link to download the pdf file I created. Its quite large - 4.7MB so if you're on dial-up it may take a while to download.
