I went to go play and make a card for the challenge, am I reading this right, there are no implements like blender pens, or aquas, to lay down color ? Just checking.........
Actually I think you can use a watercolor brush or aquapainter. Most people have at least a cheapo watercolor brush lying around somewhere - don't they? Let's say they do!
I finally was able to play, I didn't have any of the accessories for this week, except for the staples and then I couldn't find the stapler, so I made my own ribbon out of narrow strips of cardstock. I didn't know if markers were allowed or not or else I would have colored in the flowers pink.
What a fun challenge!! I actually had some time to do one! You know, sometimes it's easier to make a card when you are limited! Plus it's good to show customers how much they can do with just a little! Thanks for the challenge! Here's my post:
Koley, I'm glad I'm not the only one who looked at the color list wrong. I was thinking "bold brights" but reached for eggplant instead of one of the purples in the BB category.
We are moving this week, so lots of cleaning and painting for me and not so much stamping .
However I got one done tonight, but I have to wait for the Liquid Glue to dry so I wil post it tommorrow.
Exciting news, the previous owners of our new house left a huge computer desk behind at the house, it was in the family room and needed to be moved for painting and steaming cleaning the carpet. It was very heavey and a bit to big for the room, even thought we are going to put my computer in there. I had kinda thought it would be neat to use because it has oddles of storage and i was of course thinking of storing my stamps and scrapping stuff. Well when DH and the guys were trying to move it to the garage it was so comburome, I figured once we got it out that would be it, we would just get rid of it. Then DH had a great idea move it to the basement for me to use for my Stamping, scrapping, crafting desk . So they got it down there and I can't wait to start moving into it!
OK I did this one!! And I even got it downloaded before the next challenge was posted!! (I can not say that much about the other challenges!! I am kinda slow this week!) Either way - I used glitter glue for the glitter on the flowers (did not want to spend the time trying to get DDiamonds to stick) That is something everyone has around the house right Well at least those of us with kids do!
