Due to my upcoming move to a bigger home on this post, I have had to pack up my beloved stamping items!!! I sooooooo did not want to do it, but, in 2 days, I will have my own stamp room!!!! YAY YAY YAY!!!! I took a picture to show you how sad it looks......lol I knew you all would understand my sorrow!!! lol I am trying hard to remain upbeat about my own room, but looking at all my stuff like this, is KILLING me!! lol
My but don't you look organized! I wouldn't dare take a pic of what my stuff looked like this past summer when we had to move, and sadly alot of it's still packed and I won't share a pic of that either!
I am VERY excited to have my own room, and yes, that is organized, for me!!! lol I am usually not very organized, but when it comes to my "crapping crap" (as DH calls it..lol) I am very very very protective!! I wont let the movers touch it!! I am taking it all over there first thing as soon as i get keys!! LOL
Good luck with your move! You may get things settled early and can play!!!
I would love to have my own stamping room - you'll need to post pictures when everything is set up. I live vicariously through everyone else's stamp room pictures!

Haha, not to steal this thread, but I actually dream about other stampers' rooms! Last night in fact, I guess I had looked at some pics of someone's room on here before going to bed and I dreamt that it was mine. But, at the end of my dream, I realized all the neat cabinets, shelves, etc., were just enlarged, poster-sized pics attached to my walls. And then it was like, was I psycho and did this myself or was someone playing a joke on me. I guess it was a nightmare in actuality. Anyway, sorry to hijack the thread...just had to share.
As a stamper who has moved three times in the past two years, you have my sympathies! During my moves, I found SCS a wonderful place to spend my time while I couldn't stamp. I would spend hours in the gallery or reading through the forums, and before I knew it, I would be in my new home and inspired to stamp! Hang in there! You'll be back to stamping in no time!
ONLY 2 Days That is great! You will have plenty of time to plan your next projects! I was without all my stuff for 3 weeks and then it took another 2 weeks to get to it from unpacking all the other rooms in the house!!
And I get to do it all over again in 5 months I hope I have a spot for my stuff in the next house!
GOOD LUCK on your move and enjoy your new room!!!!

Good for you. I had to move out of a stamping room and into a corner of the dining area. But I still get to stamp and I love that! Have fun in your new space!
In two years we will be moving to a new base and I have already told my hubby that the house we get WILL have a room for stamping!!
