explained to each other in this thread how we came up with our SCS names?
I'll start...As you can imagine (just like everyone else on this website) I pretty much made a hand made card for every occassion I can think of. At one time I worked for 5 men and they got so tired of signing cards all the time but were very good sports. I can't tell you how many cards I made for fellow workers. Anyway, my boss teased me because my last name is Motherway. He began to say, "Is this card a Mothermark?" You know, "It's a Hallmark!" So there you have it, what's your story?
Nothing as cute as yours but...TLW are my initials and 411 stands for April 11, the day we met and the day, a year later, I married my husband (20 years ago).

Mine is pretty self explanatory. I am Jacob's Grandma. Also Ellie's grandma but I already had this nickname before she arrived. Plus I think that Jacobandelliesmeemaw might be too long! So maybe I'll have to try and come up with something else that incorporates both of their names. They are the 2 little ones riding with my husband in my avatar

I was trying to come up with a name and looked over at my dog, Baby. She got her name simply because we got a puppy instead of having another baby. Naturally, I have her pic as my avatar. She's a sweet old lady now, as you can tell by her gray muzzle!
i came up with mine when i was in a saaad mood a long time ago and i've kept it ever since. that doesn't explain my name, but we'll leave it at that! lol
mine has to do with a car I had in my early 20's:rolleyes: a 1987 mercury cougar= my cat tracks. BTW I still haven this car and it's going to be a collector car next year!

First initial of my first name, and my last name - I use that for everything, but sometimes I add my bday. IF I have to many user names, I can't remember which is which.
I think my sister helped me come up with mine. I was already into cardmaking, and always loved pictures of fantasy fairies and pixies, thus thecardpixie.
Mine is one of those boring ones but my last name is Meyer and my have is Abby, my son Jordan, and my hubby Christian. I started using this user name before my two girls were born.
Mine is kinda mundane. Tealea...long ago a friend started to call me tea as a short for Teresa. My middle name is Lee...so when I got my first computer I had to come up with a screen name for aol. I thought long and hard and came up with tealea. I have kept many variations of that name since then..easy to remember.
'Katje" is Dutch for 'kitten'. When I was creating an identity for myself (before I discovered SCS), "Katje" was taken, so I made it plural and added a "2", for my two cats. I am not Dutch, but my DH is.

Pretty original here too...My name is Shannon and I live in Arizona.
Alice (2katjes): Your cats look like one of my two black cats. My big short-haired one is Independence. His long-haired brother is Spirit. You can see a card I made in my gallery if you want. When I first saw your avitar, I thought to myself...how in the world did she get a picture of my cats? Oh silly me!!
I have a friend named Cheri, and she's the good one -- to tell us apart when we are all together, my other friends call me the bad one. So we have a Good Cheri and a Bad Sherry (and we have a Good Bev and Bad Bev). All I can say is Good Cheri and Good Bev would never chunky dunk and they would never ride on the back of a convertible at 2:00 a.m. with nothing on from the waist up!
My hubby and I got married on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2003. I have since fallen in love with all things Hawaiian. Palapala is Barbara in Hawaiian. Not funny or original, but I still get filled with warm fuzzies every time I think of it.

Mine is not too original either. DH uses it in a store when he wants to get my attention. If he calls "Pat" he gets several people looking at him, but if he calls "larue"--a takeoff of my middle name--he only gets me.
