CC767 A Peacock Wearing Lipstick Nibbling on Saffron (11-26-19)
HelloColor ChallengeFans! It's Tuesday and time for another color challenge. #767 on the charts for us.
Before we discuss this week's colors, let's take a look at Holley's favorite from last week. She chose Kittie's aka Kittie747, Santa Stuck Box.
Holley said: This such an adorable project using the color combo from this weeks's challenge. Very unique way to use the dessert option of sponging, especially when you don't have the exact SU! colors!!! Great job!!!!!
Congrats Kittie! The code to add the favorite badge to your Blog is located at the bottom of the post. We will also feature your card on our Color Challenge Pinterest board. See that here.
Now onto this week's challenge where we have some bright and bold colors.
What would you think of a Peacock wearing Lipstick while nibbling on Saffron?
Pretty Peacock
Lovely Lipstick
Crushed Curry
Edited: Mixed up spices!!!! I mistakenly used So Saffron as I was typing and coming up with a title. It was originally meant to be Crushed Curry which was shown in the graphic and I think what most of the design team used. Use either one and have some fun with it!!!
Dessert Option: Pumpkin Pie, of course! While I've added the color Pumpkin Pie to the color image, I encourage you to add pumpkin pie in any form you wish if you'd like a little dessert this week.
You are always welcome to use the Neutral shades from Stampin'-Up in addition to the challenge colors. You can find those colors here.
Also, even though we list SU colors for the challenges, these are just color reference points. Use the closest colors you have. We want everyone to be able to play!!!
Please put CC767 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them). We want to be able to find your cards!
This was a fun group of colors to use. Here's my card.

Holley, thank you so much for picking my Stuck Santa Box as your favorite for last week's color challenge. What an honor! Congratulation' on hosting your first challenge.
