It is Shirley here this week to start our Favorites Thread for the week ending January 26th.
The hyperlinks are still broken so please add the makers username very clearly.
About this thread: The current week's FAVORITES thread is a way to give recognition to some of the standout creations shared in our SCS Gallery. This is the place to link all the fabulous favorites you discovered in the SCS Gallery last week,Sunday, January 19th through Saturday, January 26th. Everyone is welcome to join in -- check my next post for directions.
Got a CAS card favorite? Look for the CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week thread in the Favorites Forum.
Our dedicated team members will be making the notifications: Sabrina (Cook22), Nancy (nwilliams6), Carla (Covington Crafter), Kia (kiagc), Susie(susie australia), Shirley (wannabcre8tive), Angie (ohmypaper!)
The auto-formatting of hyperlinks is currently not working. If you post your Favorite cards here in the usual way, we'll be unable to tell who to notify, unless we open every single link .
Please help us by typing the card maker's SCS user name in front of each card you list. EVERYONE is invited to join in!
You don't have to wait until you have a card in the Favorites threads. The more participation we have, the more fun and interesting this thread will be. You also DO NOT have to wait for a notice to post a thank you. Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU listed in your favorites for this week.
Need help posting your favorites list or thank you? Click the below links for posting tips.
That the LINKS in your Favorites List work correctly.
WE ARE UNABLE TO NOTIFY LINKS THAT DO NOT WORK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MS Word and other office software have format programming that conflicts with SCS programming. Either copy and paste the code directly into the SCS site orprepare your post in Wordpad, TextEdit or Notepad then copy and paste into SCS.
The card maker’sSCS NAME is shown, it really helps if their name is in color.
It really, really, helps if you have a BLANK LINE between each entry.
And please DO NOT use the “Quote” button to the side of the post when you post a thank you!!Replying with the “Quote” button causes the original message to be repeated. That can confuse the team, and we may notify people twice.
Thank you for starting us off Shirley. I wasn't able to spend much time in the gallery last week, not that my list would indicate that. Soooo much inspiration and talent here at SCS.
Auto formatting is the very next thing to be fixed...hopefully it will happen during this week, which means next weekend will be our Best of 2018 event . Keep your fingers and toes crossed.

I had little time in the galleries this week, and I suspect that's a good thing as I still have a long list of favorites! I greatly appreciate the notifying team spending their personal time to send notifications to the following ladies:
A heartfelt thanks to Shirley, Susie, Sue, and Angie for including my cards as a favorite! I greatly appreciate your kindness, and am honored to be on your lists!
I've been in bed with the 'flu since Wednesday so I only have a couple. I apologise too that commenting on all the creative bicycle cards for the WT challenge was just too overwhelming a prospect for me. I've enjoyed taking a look through the gallery.
I seemed to be in the gallery on and off all week so I have quite a few favourites to list. Thank you to Shirley and all the notifiers this week. Thank you to everyone who takes part.
Thank you Shirley for starting the favorites thread this week. Thank you to the terrific favorites team for sending the happy mail to the wonderful card designers on this tread. We really appreciate you volunteering your time to notify.
Thank you so much Polly for adding my card to your favorites. I really appreciate being on your incredible list of favorites.
Thanks so very much, Angie and Bev, for including my non-traditional Valentine and envelope in your favorites this week!! It put a smile on my face this morning!
And thanks, Sabrina, for sharing the good news with me! Sure hope you are feeling much better now!
Sabrina, I'm so sorry to hear you had the flu. Hope you are much, much better. Thank you for the good news delivery.
Back later with my faves after church and lunch.
