Happy Mix-Ability day! I'm not sure if you're gearing up for the holidays or winding down... I just know for me it's not Christmas until we've sung Silent Night. So - today my challenge is based on a line from that old favorite:
For this week's challenge, make a holiday card that is either calm (using all cool colors) or bright (using all warm colors).
Remember, for your project to truly qualify as mixed media, you need to use at least 2 different types of art media. You can click HEREfor a list of supplies you could choose from.
Please remember to put in the correct keyword (MIX256) when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos. Then come back to this thread and paste a link to the card in your gallery so we can all ooh and ahhh! Go forth and create!

This one upcycles a failed experiment . Die-cutting is a great way of using fails.
I did make another card mostly in shades of brown which I take to be a cool colour - but the yellow stars warm it up, so I'm not linking it. Twas fun to make, anyway.
Thanks for the challenge, Dina! Hopefully, this is the last card I need for this year. I went with cool tones although I did sneak in some gold. I'm calling it a cool gold ;)
