Here's my first try with this technique. My background is made with the paper my flowers arrived in and it is green so I put it on white paper. I thought it was interesting and kept it to try. It works alot like mulberry paper as far as being able to tear it.

Loved the heated ribbon- only wish I had had some chocolate organdy ribbon with white polka dots- that would have been perfect! I combined this with the color and layout challenges for the week.

I think the next time I try heating this ribbon, I will secure it with straight pins to styrofoam. It either blew all over everywhere, or got a little hot on my fingers!

Combined Challenge
Great challenge! I was able to combine three challenges this week - TLC51, SC59 and CC49. It was even more challenging as I didn't hav eany of the ink colours! The leaves in the All I Have Seen stamp are actually Chocolate Chip pastel which I used my versamark pen on and then embossed with irridescent Ice. They look more brown in real life!
