Imagine my surprise when there was a little gift in my mailbox from SU. A Christmas gift just for me! A new fab stamp set....which I never thought I'd see until January. I can't wait to try it out. In fact, forget wrapping and cards....time for me to play! I love it!
I got mine today too. I was shocked because I expected to be one of the last ones to receive it. Very pleasant surprise. I have to go mount it now so I can make some stuff with it. I really like the dual font.
I went out to get my mail and I found a wonderful brown envelope in my mailbox from SU. I am so excited. I think this is so neat. What a neat way to say thank you. Kerry
:( I still dont have mine either and I'm in CA... it usually only takes a couple of days to get my stuff from SU... maybe if I quit waiting for it it'll come.... Like when you quit looking for something that's lost all of a sudden there it is in front of you eyes......
I already reported it to SU. That is a bit annoying that someone that is not a demo could get their hands on it before I as a demo get mine. (meaning the high bidder). Oh, this gets under my skin!

Has any one in Canada got their's yet? We seem to have to wait so much longer. The set looks beautiful. It is sad to see it on ebay.

Did you guys know this was coming? I was so surprised and at first confused when I found it in my mailbox... Its really lovely, I love the size and the double font too!
...and I can't believe I got it if others didn't, I'm from Canada and we get everything after you guys!
I am guessing this is for StampinUp Demo's only...but can we lowly stampers purchase this soon??? I really like the stamps and would be one that would buy it from my Demo if possible.

I am extremely annoyed that there are already people selling this set on eBay . . . I wish that Stampin' Up! could tell eBay the name of this set so that there was a way for them to pull all listings with it !!!

Since this isn't listed in any of the catalogs wouldn't this NOT be considered a current set and therefor listable on Ebay? I'm not a demo but I thought those were the rules?
This was a gift from Stampin’ Up! to the Demonstrators and since it is a set that will be available for purchase in March and will appear in the 2006 IB&C, Demonstrators should know better than to post something like this on eBay !!!
Any Demonstrator that gave the set to someone to sell on eBay is also wrong for doing so and I don’t care if it isn’t in the current catalog, what they are doing is still wrong and I wouldn’t be surprised if these are the same Demonstrators that sell preorders on eBay and many other current sets, which is in direct violation of the SU! Angel Policy !!!
I'm sure that there are a lot of other Demonstrators out there that feel the same way that I do and I'm sure SU! would be upset about this too. The Demonstrators that have allowed these gift sets to be posted on eBay could also cause SU! to never do something like this again because SOME people cannot be trusted !!!
Is this stamp set you girls are receiving in the mail only for demos? I'm not a demo but I spent almost $500. with SU in the last couple of months. Sure would be nice if they sent that set to some good customers also. Ohwell that's life and I'm not going to get in a teasy over it. I'll still keep buying because I like the product.

Why should they know better? Because you wouldn't do it? If they aren't breaking any SU rules than its their choice to list it. Maybe they don't like the set!
I just found out about the set today and I am so bummed that I haven't gotten it yet! We're leaving on Sunday, so I hope I get mine tomorrow. I'm in Michigan and I know others in Michigan have gotten theirs already. I guess God is trying to teach me patience. UGH!!
I just checked ebay to find the new set that they were selling, and I haven't found it yet, but I found someone selling the SAB 2005 sets. That upsets me because they are making a profit on something that we are getting for a discount and its supposed to be just for demonstrators right now. Just like the new set!

they ARE breaking SU rules. I wasnt' going to post this but this was on SU's web site today.

Because selling on eBay and other Internet auction Web sites damages the business of all demonstrators, Stampin’ Up! has a strict policy against selling current merchandise on eBay. Currently, there are auctions for Sell-A-Bration sets and the new gift set, Sincere Salutations. Stampin’ Up! will aggressively pursue investigations of these sites, and we will terminate the demonstratorships of any demonstrators found selling on eBay or enabling others to sell current merchandise on eBay.

And YES they KNOW what they are doing is wrong. Some even post comments in their listings telling demos not to email them and tell them it's wrong. As someone else said, I am a demo, if I give my set to my friend to sell on eBay for me, I am still breaking SU policy. I can't knowingly do that.
