Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for the Week Ending July 10, 2011
Welcome to the Clean and Simple (or CAS) Favorites thread! This is our place to celebrate the clean-and-simple style each week by giving a shout-out to those amazing CAS projects we find in the gallery.
Everyone is invited to participate...if you're new, just dive right in and share your favorites and comment on other people's favorites!
I'll get us started with my finds from the past week's uploads.
newstampinaddict posted a very creative and beatuifully executed design of stars
mamamostamps used a soft color scheme and elegant design to make the perfect sympathy card
Disaster's birdie banner card is cute, cute, cute!
limedoodle used popping bright colors and white-on-white layering for a wonderful CAS birthday card
stampingout uses beautiful, soft colors and a classic layout to wonderful effect on her Beach Days card; also, her Hope for Japan card is simply stunning
Plain Jane served up some amazingly delicious cupcakes on her CAS Holiday Sparkle card
PH in VA used dp and ribbon to make a simply perfect monochromatic card
elmo98ca takes texture to a whole new level with her Wonderful Friend card
Loll Thompson's River Rocks and Grasses card is beautifully designed and shows the value of adding black to a soft color schemes as an anchor
fishymom made me regret not buying Voila with her Grazie! Italian-flag-inspired card
mom2n2 makes a butterfly and banner flutter on her stunning CAS Flag Fun card

WOW!!! what a great week for CAS!! All the challenges that 'Miss Boo' aka Jen, posted on Monday. Big thanks to Jen and her team for pulling it all together. And thanks to everyone who played along....it made for such an interesting and exciting gallery week. I know, just because of the sheer number of cards, that I missed so many. So grateful for this thread and so happy that Susan starts it every week.

Thank you Susan and Marie for the mentions!!! I had a ton of fun doing the CAS Holiday challenges this week. Thanks also to Karen for letting me know about the mentions. You guys are fantastic and I feel so honored. I hope to be back later with a couple of my faves.
Thank you Susan and Trish! What a fun week this was with all the great holiday challenges. I was so happy I had the time to play along. I cannot tell you how great it is to be back stamping again after nearly two years! I have a few favorites of my own this week:
