Hey y'all I have a great project for us today. Debi a/k/a letmecrop forwarded me this link to a fantastic card and tutorial by Bonnie Szwalkiewicz (wow, that was a challenge to spell) and I thought you all would enjoy making your own version this uniquely stunning project. The card that Bonnie created is a real knockout, but I know that this creative group will come up with tons of ideas to take this design to a new level.
What you will need for this project:
Cardstock 5.5" X 12"
Scoring tool
Craft knife
Ruler
Patterned paper and/or stamps
Just follow the scoring and cutting instructions on the blog tutorial and you'll be ready to embellish and create a fantastic project. You can use your imagination and remember that you don't have to use patterned paper - if you prefer, a great stamp design will work. Additionally, this awesome card will fold easily and fit into a standard A2 envelope as long as your embellishments don't extend past the outside borders of the card. I hope you will give this design a try! I'd love to see the TLC211 gallery filled with creative ideas.
Of course you can do this. I practiced on a piece of typing paper before I did it on my patterned paper. I usually do a trial run on scrap paper before I do any new fold.

I couldn't imagine what to expect from your shutter hint last week. Just washed the last floor - perfect timing to take a pause in the day .
And this looks just up my street - thanks, Lynn.
What an awesome challenge Lynn. Can't wait to play today! Gotta do some errands first.

Usually I don't get to play..but since I just re-did my stamp room and since I have lots of time today after running a few errands...I'm going to give this one a shot! Can't wait!!
WOW! This one blows me away, Lynn! I love everything you fire out at us but this one... whoa! Don't know that I will get to it today but I will certainly get to it.

What a fun technique! I doubt I will have a chance to play today, but I've added this to my 'do soon' list. Looking forward to viewing the gallery for all the wonderful creations. Thanks for another great techniqe, Lynn!
I made one of these a couple weeks ago. I added the Keyword for the challenge, and will make another one if I get a chance. Here is my card from earlier.
Here's mine called Tri-Fold Card. Thanks Lynn for another great challenge.
