I've prepared an instruction sheet, as well as the document I used for the monthly pages. I think I've covered everything, but let me know if you have any questions.
***I've added another document using the Times New Roman font which seems to be on most people's computer. Hope this helps.

Okay, I LOVE this idea--will definitely CASE! I just have one problem, though. When I opened the Template file (the 2nd attachment), the boxes that print out are 5 1/8" x 5 1/4", not the 3" X 5 1/2" (if I read it right)as stated in the instructions...and I can't seem to figure out how to resize them without messing them up totally! Can anyone help me with this?!? Please?!?!?!? TIA!

In the document with the months, the month blocks should measure 4" x 3" and the cover sheet should measure 4-1/2" x 3". It all depends on the font your use and if you don't have the SU fonts, it will take some time to resize it. Hope this helps.
Thank you for the PM and for re-posting with a more generic font. I have lots of fonts to play with and make it pretty, and now the template works so I can!

I am SOOOO glad I found this!!! I'm making a card organizer (lunchbox type) for a friend, and was going to figure out a way to do this to make a pocket on the inside of the lid for her to keep it in, to keep track of what cards she needs to send...this is PERFECT!!! Thanks SO much for sharing!
Thank you so much for posting this. My sister came up with something similar. She tried explaining it to me over the phone(she lives on Colorodo) and I could not get it. Thanks to you I can now make it. You rock!
Thanks again.
