This is the card I made for Maddy as she is this week's featured stamper. She is very deserving of this honor! This is the wonderful card of Maddy's that I cased:
1. Every week I make a special tribute card for the featured stamper and I usually make a theme card to coincide with Beth's catchy little phrase.
2. Today I did something a little different. In many a phone conversation with Maddy she's been concerned on how she is gonna say thank you for all the wonderful cards she has received.
3. I made a thank you card today for two reasons: The first reason is to dedicate this card to all of you (from both Maddy and I) who have brightened Maddy's day (day in and day out) by sending wonderful cards, your thoughts and prayers, and nice notes and messages.
4. The second reason is that Maddy has met a wonderful friend at the Cancer Treatment Center of America who has truly become a dear friend to her. I wish I could remember her name. Maddy is leaving for a three day consultation at CTCA in Philly a week from Monday and I am hoping that she will get this card before she leaves.
5. I know Maddy doesn't have time to make a card for her friend so I made this card so that she could give it to her friend at CTCA.
Special note:
Just like Maddy's card, the flower is covered in fabric as well, the background is fabric. Both have been embossed with ultra thick embossing powder as has the butterfly.
Congratulations Maddy! You deserve this!

\exquisite, Cindy, simply astounding. Your card is a perfect case and the differences makes it even more perfect. Hey, BTW, you're pretty astounding too for being so atuned to everybody here on SCS. You're an amazing friend and I, for one, am so very glad you let us all know about Maddy. My prayers are endless for her and her fast recovery. TSMFS

This is stunning! Love the multiple hanging *friend* tags. Such a thoughtful gesture, something a very special friend would do for a very special friend.
