I made this card for last week's Teapot Tuesday Challenge. Pat has a wonderful challenge for us to use a "sketch for Shelley." Because I am from the land of 10,000 lakes, I focused on making a card with a lake scene because this is something Shelley likes. Being a 2-time survivor myself means this challenge is near and dear to my heart.
This card also fits the Alphabet Challenge for the letter S. The S's in this card are strong, shining lake and soothing scene.
I have popped this card in the mail so it is on it's way to Shelley now. Thanks for looking today. ~Karen.

That is one beautiful scene, full of peace and tranquility. I can just imagine sitting there enjoying the peace and quiet, a rustle of wind in the trees, the lapping of waves against the shore. Shelley will love this, with its affirming sentiment.

What an inviting scene you have created, Karen. I want to pull up my favorite lounge chair and a good book and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in this beautiful and soothing scene!
