I made this card for the letter T Alphabet Challenge. I do believe this is the first tropical card I have ever made and I am quite pleased with how it turned out considering it started out as an experiment. I first cut out the oval aperture, then stamped the palm trees to fit inside the aperture. Then it was a matter of masking the trees off in order to stamp the water, sand and birds. The Flamingo, hibiscus flowers and leaves are all layered stamping and fussy cut out. The banner is stamped and hand cut too. I really enjoyed making this tropical card and watching the scene unfold as I was making it. Thanks for looking! ~Karen.
