This is the first time I have tried the stencil monoprint technique. It's fun and so easy. I have a number of pieces that I can use in the future. I left the paper overnight to dry and then stamped directly on to it with a silhouette stamp by Technique Tuesday. I had bought a Recollections set of 4 stencils with a stamp set from Michaels a few weeks agao and the sentiment is from that stamp set.I just added three black brads and mounted the piece on black and the card was finished. This is also for last week's AlphaWk19S challenge to use something that starts with an 'S'. It was a double challenge to also CASE a card by someone on SCS whose name starts with an 'S', but I did not do the double part of the challenge.

Superb effect you achieved with the mono stencil print. The green is so vibrant and happy; love it! Your silhouette stamp works great with this background. Love, love the sentiment. Great card for Letter S! TFS

How lovely this is, Ina. I've not done this technique, but your card really makes it look interesting. perfect silhouettes to steal the show. Best of all, though, was the sentiment! It speaks volumes.
