I liked the idea of the hearts floating out of the envelope, but wanted to put something else in besides hearts...I think balloons worked! Die cut the envelope (PP), the balloons and "celebrate" (glitter cs), and the strings (white cs). (I die cut 3 of the "celebrate" and stacked them for dimension.) Stamped "Time to", wrapped floss around the envelope and assembled. Panel is popped up with dimensionals.
