As some of you know, I make most of my own clothes. Given this, I suspect this is what draws me to fashion images like Erte, a fabulous French designer up to1990. Since he's Russian/French, I thought it appropriate to use French script.
The fibers I used came from some silk dupioni fabric I used to make bedrdoom draperies. While cutting the fabric, what a great surprise to discover I had oodles of this very cool thread fiber.

Your cards have such flair and style, I can only imagine how stunning your clothes must be. Those silk fibers look fantastic and the gold and white color scheme is beautiful. It has that wonderful Great Gatsby look.
