A lovely simple sketch from Janette which lets the image panel take center stage....if one chooses. I do.
Having fun with my Bisters and masking fluid this time. At this point, I never know exactly what I'm going to get with this new medium, but go with it. I added the lighthouse, but coated it with black EP since I wanted a night scene. The light beams were created with a mask and white pad ink/sponge.

Wow, Sallie! I had not been on the galleries at all this last week, but had to take a look tonight. Out of all the sketch gallery your card really stood out to me! Awesome shadow and light - I can feel this dark brewing storm causing the crashing waves here!

what exactly is Bisters? I know it is some sort of pigment. I googled it but not much comes up, and this is the second time I see a see a knockout card using it - must get more info!

WOW WOW WOW! Your work with the Bisters is mind blowing! LOVE the light beams you created and your black embossed lighthouse. Your mighty ocean conveys the powerful spray form the waves as they approach the light house and shore!
