I created a scene from this one Peanuts stamp--Woodstock was already flying in his own little birdie paradise. The white piece and the flourish were recycled from other commercially produced cards that I had received in the mail.
The water was lined with Crystal Effects following the lines in the stamp, then I added a little bit of Dazzling Diamonds glitter, then more Crystal Effects. Then I did something you should NEVER do unless you want the effect that I got--I dried the Crystal Effects with my heat gun. The Crystal Effects bubbled up and I got the frothy texture of the sea. Fun!
This is an ATC made for my ATC Technique Album.
