I created a scene from this one Peanuts stamp--Woodstock was already flying in his own little birdie paradise. The white piece and the flourish were recycled from other commercially produced cards that I had received in the mail.
The water was lined with Crystal Effects following the lines in the stamp, then I added a little bit of Dazzling Diamonds glitter, then more Crystal Effects. Then I did something you should NEVER do unless you want the effect that I got--I dried the Crystal Effects with my heat gun. The Crystal Effects bubbled up and I got the frothy texture of the sea. Fun!

No wonder you saved that flourish. Boy, does it add some oomph to the scene! Great job!

Great card! Love how you used the Crystal Effects...that's one of those things that I bought long ago and have never really figured out how to use. Thanks for the idea!

Bev.. this is so beautiful... I love how you have Woodstock flying by.... wow, great job combining all those challenges.. I love how the water looks... will have to try heating the Crystal Effects...tfs
