With a color challenge of blues and green I could not resist - they are my favorite colors. I took a little bit of liberty with the shades, but the panel is primarily blue and green with a tad of brown so I hope it still qualifies! You can't tell from the photo but their is embossing around the image to frame it out.
I kept the design clean and simple. The image was colored only with prisma pencils - no solvent at all - I just used the pencils to blend.
