Here's sending you lots and lots of cheery dots
To help you over this rough spot
Be good to yourself and heal well, Sue
Lots of teapotters are thinking of you!
Yes, it's a Dotty World in the land of da Muddermark but there is one wee problem: her dalmatian dog, Duke, has no spots! How can Da Mudder with all the dots in her life have a dalmatian with no spots? Da Mudder is calling upon all teapotters to bring lots and lots of dots to help Duke out so he can hold his head high among all the other dalmatians, although I think he should find strength and pride in his uniqueness.
You can get the full story in the Teapot Tuesday challenge forum; we hope you'll come and join us at the party! Bertie's already busy flingin' her dots and spots and hoping a few will land on and stick to Duke.

Here's a first for me: I stamped and colored on designer paper. This 4 x 4 piece of polkadotted dp was black and white. I stamped my trees and then drew my grassy hills. I used watercolor wonder crayons and a blender pen to color my grass; I went over that with reinkers and a blender pen for shading. I also shaded the wild wasabi trees for depth. My sun was made with the 3/4" circle and boho blossoms punches.
Here's wishing you a dotty, sunshine-filled day!

Love your dotty little scene and how your grassy fields look quilted. I think you did quite well slinging your dots regardless of what the Mudder said.

OMG Charlene this is one awesome card - I love what you have done here. And if I were you I'd send this registered mail to Sue cause da Muddah will probably try and intercept this baby for herself! I know I would if I were her!

Charlene, you're following in mutnik's footsteps here with this darling hand drawn scene. And look at all those darn dots. You've got good ole duke all covered in dots with this one. Such a darling card and story.

Maybe I need a get well card...that might help...maybe something as cute as this with the adorable trees, hills and smiley sun. Yup, think that's what I need along with about a gallon of M&Ms!!!!!!!!
