Continuing on with my "poppy kick", I made a card for the Color Challenge today using a poppy image again. The colors Betty gave us were: Barely Banana, Mellow Moss, Real Red, and neutrals of choice. The dessert was a decorated frame which I did not add to my card. I have one punched border, but that doesn't count.
I stamped the text behind the poppies and used chalks to shade the image panel. The black/white gingham ribbon was toned down with my Copics so the white wasn't so WHITE...better to blend with the card.

Be still my heart, girl! This is so GORGEOUS! Love the subtle script background and wonderful coloring! The gingham is perfection! Lovely card, Sallie!
