Yes, he did, finally! He's been through puppy training 3 times.
Much time and many dollars later, school finally agreed to pass him ~ not so much for his learning abilities, or disabilities as the case might be. It seems there's a policy in place that clearly states if a parent brings their dog 3 x tp dog training class, receiving a diploma is automatic.
This is for MMSC55 challenge Priscilla is having as her last challenge in our first anniversary year! Check this OUT.
Thanks to Whim6915 for the black pearls.

So glad this slobbery puppy passed! What a cute fun card. At first I thought maybe he had "passed" as in "away". That would have been sad. So glad it was the school thing. Say, did you get a new dog?....and I'm not talking stamp. Love this card. Lovin that black and white button brad. Fab-O card my friend. Love it too. TFS :0)

Anne, what a cute doggie you have here. You do the best "doggie" cards. Okay, No, I didn't mean you were a "dog", I just meant you do great cards with "doggies" on them. Yikes!! Such a wonderful array of details to turn this MM card into a real winner!! TFS!!

Oh Anne this is simply adorable. I love the black and white polka dots and your cute puppy image. What a cutie patootie....and I must mention that the use of that yellow really was clever and added just the right pizazz to this adorable card. Thanks for playing along with us this week at the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge.

Haha! Like Stacy ahead of me, I wondered just what this pooch of yours had passed!?! Our daughter's beautiful lab spent some time with us recently and sometimes he'd walk quietly through the room and we knew he had passed something too. Sadly though, we said farewell to her pup last week - that was a tough one...I've never actually felt so sad about losing a pet - and he wasn't even mine! Love your doggie cards Anne, and this is no exception.
