Obviously, my creativity, or lack thereof, went in a not so great direction when I decided to apply snow tex to Tilda's sheep. Once it's down, it hardens almost immediately. Lesson learned today.
Many thanks to Patricia, aka Kokirose, for this oh-so-sweet Tilda image. Thanks too to Glenda J for the A Muse polka dot paper.
Today's inspiration, IC232, comes from a fun website called Two Lumps of Sugar. Great choice.
As soon as I opened the link, I didnt have to go any further: my inspiration came from the very first photo: black and white polka dots with a little yellow to add some sweetness. For all the fun details, check out the website HERE
Thanks Charlene for the idea for "Mary Had a Little Lamb".

That polka dot paper is lovely, and I like the yellow and blue contrast.
Now, if you were like me and always singed the fluffy stuff that you have to heat with a heat gun, something that dries with texture and without heating might actually sound like a really good idea - even if does dry so quickly. You still have a sweet looking little lamb there - it reminds me of a toy one we used to have. And I see we both used the same photo for inspiration, too.

This is so cute, Anne! Love the yellow gingham ribbon. I've worked with SnowTex before and know how difficult it can be; you did a great job with it on your lamb. I think my SnowTex ended up hardening IN the jar! Oi vay! Speaking of lambs, you could enter keywords CCEE1019 and put this in the CCEE challenge to make a card based on a nursery rhyme because little Tilda reminds me of Mary Had a Little Lamb.

Your snow tex looks fabulous on that cute little lamb ... but Liquid Applique might be easier to use. Applies like glue and then puffs when you heat it with your heat gun. But given Sabrina's comment, perhaps a more dangerous product!!!
Love this, Anne! Such a sweet Magnolia among the polka dots. What could be more darling?
